This tool from Rethink Obesity® can be used in clinical practice to calculate an adult patient’s risk of developing obesity-related complications (e.g., heart failure, asthma, and type 2 diabetes) within the next 10 years. It then allows you to see how this risk would change if the patient were to achieve 13% weight loss
