ABOUT EXPLORE OBESITY

Explore Obesity is an educational resource hub developed by the Association for the Study of Obesity (ASO) and the European Association for the Study of Obesity (EASO) for healthcare professionals and allied health professionals involved in the care and management of people living with obesity (PLWO). It offers trusted, reliable information on a range of topics, including the biological mechanisms of obesity, obesity management strategies, discussing obesity with PLWO, counselling skills, and raising awareness of weight stigma

ASO and EASO have worked closely with an expert steering committee to select and create a range of informative and educational content that will support learning in this area and empower those working in obesity to have more impactful interactions with PLWO, with the ultimate goal of improving standards of care
